My colleague at work opened his 1 man private practice recently and got 10k from the government scheme supporting small businesses. All whilst still working for the NHS. That is messed up. I hope working from home becomes permanent as well, it’s saving me a lot on gas and daycare.
I plan on telling them i have high risk ppl living at my house so unless there's a vaccine (which will prob never come) i will not put lives at risk by attending the office.
my boss never liked WFH and preferred me in the office, this is sweet revenge if anythingThe money saved on travel, gas and food is probably better than any payrise they could have offered anyway
