I’ve never heard of this, and I live in the UK. U should take this article with a big pinch of salt because this tabloid (daily mail) is notorious for biased news and they are racist too.

The article says:

“All About Me is being rolled out across 241 primaries by Warwickshire County Council and could be adopted by other local authorities next year as part of the Government’s overhaul of Relationship and Sex Education (RSE).”

So at the moment it’s only being done in Warwickshire county which is in West Midlands.
