UAE Opens Shirk Temple

I’m Muslim. What religion are the rulers of UAE? You also wonder that?

I don't say they are non Muslim but yes I seriously question whether that government is Muslim. And it's pretty reasonable to have doubts about it. And honestly.... opening shirk temples... the abrahamic house and now this hindu temple..... that is pretty serious stuff.

Demanding governments have discriminatory policies is terroristic

Saying that governments should follow well-established rules of the shariah.... that is not what irhab is, irhab is when people attack innocent people. That is the actual definition of irhab. Saying Muslim governments... especially in the Arabian peninsula, should not open Hindu temples is not irhab. Saying that's irhab must be similar to the mindset of Chinese officials who imprison Uyghurs for having beards.

They’re perfectly Muslim. They say the shahada, they pray five times per day, fast, give plenty of zakkah and make pilgrimage. There’s no sixth pillar that says kill anyone who doesn’t do any of these things.

Who are “innocent” people in your view?

This is a good question because some people have been bringing confusion into this topic. According to extremist elements, innocent non-Muslims can be harmed. This is not right. They also make chain takfir and mass takfir Muslims. And they believe in harming Muslims, who they have wrongly deemed as kaffirs

It is permissible to fight non-Muslims who are physically fighting you. So you shouldn't attack some random non-Muslim. But for example if you are living in Gaza and the Zionists attack you, you should defend yourself.

So if a non-Muslim physically attacks you then it is your right to defend yourself. For example, if they charge at you with a sword.

complaining about a government isn't saying go harm them.

btw, for those defending this... it's very clear that this is haraam.

He said if there are treaties in place, churches can remain. The whole world is built on treaties. There are centuries old treaties and modern treaties. All international conventions, UN conventions etc count as treaties that Muslim countries must abide by.

What... he's saying as you very well know that this is if the church is already there. The Hindu temple was not already there.
Muslims live across the world. The whole world is “Muslim lands”. There are international treaties that allow Muslims and non Muslims to build temples and mosques.

no, Muslims- especially in Muslim countries- are not allowed to practice their religion by "international law". they are allowed by shariah. according to you, does international law supersede shariah?

ah ok you added this part. do you believe UN law supersedes shariah?
The source for sharia law is the Quran and sunnah and it is put together by Islamic jurists. There are different kinds of Islamic jurists and their work and rulings can be questioned.

why are you ducking the question?

does international law supersede the shariah?

or do you recognize that sovereignty belongs to Allah and that no other law can supersede the shariah?

Sharia is not what you think. It’s a set of laws made by people using the Quran and sunnah as sources. People are not perfect. There can be things they leave out etc
