My family lives in puntland. I've been to both harigesia and bosasso for summer vacation .

This is simply a realization I came to when I realized how little we hear about deals with foreign govts in Somaliland and puntland. I made the simple conclusion that if most of the power in these regions is in the hands of a single clan then its pretty easy to censor the media since who's gonna go against their qabil if their qabil tell them to shut up.
