There’s over 1 million Tunisians in Europe and 30-40,000 Sub Saharan Immigrants in Tunisia. The Sub Saharan Africans aren’t even trying to live in Tunisia they are trying to get to Europe.
:drakewtf:
Kulaha “they are trying to change our demographic”, these retarded Arabs think Africans believe in that afrocentric “make NA black again” shit but if a european mentioned the millions of them in Europe they’d cry racism
:gucciwhat:
I don’t know shit about Tunisia, all I know about them is their hotels banning hijabis in the pool and their racist football fans throwing bananas at black/brazilian footballers
:kodaksmiley:

Lots of racisms in North Africa, even the native dark skinned citizens face unfair treatment and hardship compared to their lighter skinned counterparts.
Did you know 10-15% of Tunisias population are Black Tunisians
:damnmusic:
But they refer to these illegal immigrants (0.2% of population) as “blacks” when roughly only 1/55 black people in tunisia are foreigners
:damsel:

My genuine question is which side are you guys going to be the bullets start flying and the maghrebis starts shooting everyone attempt to enter across their border or sea.
The mediterraians would fund the endeavour.

I am sure this guy is racist but he is probably saying this to distract from their worsening economy. He is using them as a scape-goat. However I don't think what he said is racism per se, it's a message that pretty truthful, Tunisia has been majority Tunisian and has been pretty much homogenous for centuries unlike it's neighbors, his message resonates with most Tunisians. They feel an extensional threat when foreigners come to their country, it's human nature. This subject should be approached without a western lens. This is third world, the line between stuff like racism and prejudice are blurred.

Regardless, if you are Muslim country, everyone should be treated as human beings, this guy is just ruining his country image even further with his message as he lacks optics. He could've said "immigrants" instead of specifically saying "black africans". Most of them want to go Europe like you said, I doubt any want to stay in Tunisia? He is insane if he thinks any want to stay in another third world shithole like Tunisia

The current head of tunisia qais saied is a semi dictator. He became the president of tunis by speaking classical arabic winning the heart of the masses in the prosses and of course all the other contenders were not that popular so he appeared to be the only trustworthy candidate.

Ever since he won the presidency he became increasingly authoritarian and dictator like. Tunisia is one of these countries that survived the arab spring but it appears that the country is somewhat fragile currently.

Tunisia is one shit corrupted country, racism is so caadi their, but I understand why they dont want these filthy Sub Saharan refugees

They have large black Tunisian minority though

It's funny how they complain when their own people are considered criminals in Europe. Many of the people who do tahriib to Europe via boat are Tunisians.

The human instincts of lookism will always out reign any type of brotherhood formed via religious/political bonds, @Waa dhamatay the discrimination we face on our looks runs deeper than just what we receive from women, this is a perfect example right here - regardless of how practising and virtuous of a Muslim you are, to outsiders all they see is a dirty negro; if only they could see the connection between racism and lookism.
