Yes they do. Not all of them obviously but it's well known that many Arabs have hatred towards black people. This hatred has ancient origin from before the prophets time. Before racism became widespread after the transatlantic slavery it was Arabs who were the number 1 haters of black people.

What's even worse is how those native Black Tunisians are treated. I saw a documentary where black people were literally called "slave" frequently in the streets and facing abuses simply for being dark skinned, (even non-black Tunisians.)
Look at this video, in this cemetery dark-skinned and "light" skinned are not buried at the same place. Even worse is one of the sections called "slave cemetery"
Also the problem isn't Tunisia wanting to regulate migration, but how they are going about it. Such as painting all black people as trouble maker or even worse, how the presence of black people are bothering them etc., especially when you have several hundred of thousand native Black Tunisians.

I don’t deny the racism but this is an unfair claim about Arabs. These are gangs and organized crime groups making money off of thousands of sub-Saharan migrants needing to cross through into Europe. They are criminals. I don’t expect the criminals of any country Muslim or non-Muslim to abide by some kind of morality.
Human trafficking has been an issue along the Mexico- American border, cartels would put their own people through something similar.
