No itihad was mixed but both groups were led by Hassan dahir aweys who focused his jihad on groups fighting against USCs enemies like occupying Bari fighting SSDF while USC attacked Galkayo or attacking Gedo MX forces who were also fighting against USC,jihad was obviously a cover as proven by SFG giving him house arrest in a comfortable Villa with access to media and internet to still spew his vile message unfiltered.

Why would we negotiate with terrorists who have killed thousands of Somalis? We will never negotiate with them. We need to kill them. We need to end their existence for good.
