Galmudug was forced by then Hawiye Govt but SSC have to wait till there is Daarood Govt this Govt will not accept as it she wants to keep it with SL as North Somalia State. PL needs to intervene officially in SSC bc SLs last card is to Gorgortan on SSC with this Govt so as long there is Hassan Sh PL should stay in SSC and Dhulbahante need to accept this. SL' planned "Rogaalcelis is about Gorgortan on SSC in a Djibouti meeting they know they cant keep it.
