Galmudug along with puntland were the only 2 original signatories States that brought SFG from Somalia transitional government.

Sool becoming an State depends on Hawiyes/Mogadishu SFG if we are being honest here, and as we all know Hawiyes won't accept an 3rd darood state unless they get something in return.

Me personally I would love to see Hiiraan state, the 2 Shabellede state and Sool state and Banaadir stays the Capital.

According to that video, Abgaals side of north mogadishu will be added to middle shabelle thus creating an pure abgaal state Hirshabelle.

Thus the district's left in Mogadishu which are majority HGs Districts will take the Mogadishu capital in a clean swoop uncontested since Abgaal districts north Mogadishu joined Middle Shabelle to create the new Hirshabelle.

I’m not even entertaining this report cos it’s a massive HG power grab and there’ll be a lot of backlash but basically idea is Xamar would just be a capital then.
