I did this sort of thing all the time growing up. Or I'd do this thing where I'd study for 15-30 mins then chill or watch something for 15-30 mins then round back until there was nothing left to study. Actually helped me remember sometimes as I'd associate what I was studying with the show or movie I was watching.

Try some Modafinil, 50mg should do the trick. It's not great for learning new content but great repetitive/mundane tasks.
