Good luck on your transformation. Have you had some kind of stomach surgery?

I saw a bits of your workout. @15.42 work on your form doing those tricep pushdowns. You're using too much momentum which causes swinging and engaging other muscles because it's too heavy for you. Put your ego aside and work with lighter weights with slow and controlled movements. Your upper arms shouldn't move, If you want to burn fat, do high reps, 4 sets of 20
