We will know when Dajjal will come beforehand, there are obvious signs of it; there will be an alliance between Muslims and Romans against the “third” enemy (likely China from the look of it), followed by Armageddon war (Malhama Kubr) led by Mahdi and there will be famines, droughts and no rain for 7 years.
