Papuans the the most african looking non africans doe. Aboriginals for example are pretty easy to tell apart.

I'd classify them under Negroid too based om my many years of race exploration

They look even more like Africans, although they are short.

Btw ,the discussion on the thread shows why the "black " people philosophy has many contradictions .pan Africans consider Papuans and other aboriginal groups as "black " because they have stereotypical " negroid" features .on the other hand ,Tamils,who are darker than many Africans, aren't considered "black "because they do not have stereotypical features of "negroids ".
