that aint the right solution most arent actually unfortunate looking they have just had stunted growth due to living in poverty and with lack of much capital most don't bother with investing in there looks (men) via working out for example and growing there hair out in a way that doesn't make them look retarded. also the diet. basically the more somalia stabilizes and gets richer the more things will improve across the board. getting turks will most definitely not improve anything.
and every country has a LOT of unfortunate looking people its just that they don't get advertised in their media i have been turkey the people over there on average aint all that.
plus both somali men and women where voted most handsome and beautiful in africa by non somalis over the years
In Somalia that's very true so many weird looking foolxumos about this is why I'm slightly pro intermixing I don't want to no more see ugly somalis.
Inshallah Somalia improves as a whole so we won't need to see Somalia in a bad light across the news and having to donate for famine. But if I'm going to tell the truth our unfortunate looking one's are the most extreme looking ones compared to the rest of the world and that sadly is played out while everyone hide there no so best looking people. Tell me one good image that Somalia has?

our image is only bad because we don't control our own narrative since there are bigger problems to deal with but overall our presentation right now isn't that somalis are ugly.
i know your problem is specifically with how somali guys supposedly look so.
I'll just do a quick search and link the first few things about us on different platforms
literally every list includes somali men somewhere in the top 3 you can just search it up yourself
and if you type somalis on tt you get a bunch of thirst traps that's how we are repped most people just hate out of jealously

An auntie of mine from Hargeyso told me she had Masaris over from I think al-Jazeera or some other Arab news outlet to do a documentary or short piece on local Somali dhaqan iyo tariikh or something along that vein and at one point she had quite a conflict with them when they asked some kid they were interviewing to sit on a boulder rather than the normal plastic monobloc he was sitting on. She was like "Why are you trying to make us look more destitute than we are?" and the Masaris kept weirdly dodging the question and just asking that the boy sit on the rock. These news people really have a weird perceived image of us and Sahelian+Sub-Saharan Africans in general they deliberately try to push.
not in my tuulo my parents are from Somaliland and most of the somalis there are good-looking when I went to hargeisa everyone looked good.

only the men, somali women in Somalia look good from what I seen. Just accept Somaliland have better looking people.
Bestie i was also there recently and both great, ok, and whatever looking people were represented...this has to do with grooming and money.
What you dont realise is kids filmed out in the streets and poor people living in chingads look bad because they have no nutrition, sleep or self care products. Thats why somalis in the diaspora look nothing like the ones home, and the ones in the streets of mogadishu look nothing like wealthy universety students

Important to note cash(shilling) isn't used a lot, most transactions and transfers of money are completely cashless, heavy dependance on US dollars, Telecom sector is doing well. main exports are livestock and agricultural products but these are likely to diminish with climate change
