The reason Somalia will forever be a mess is the simple saying llla ay somali wax kala tirsanayso their shall never be peace and the reason for this is, all somali clans suffered in the civil war and every clan argues their the victim.
That's what makes Somalia unresolvable as their no bad guy you can point too or any clan as all clans did the same thing to another clan.
The closest clans that come to being true victims is majerten and rahanwayn. Some might say what about Morgan fair enough but Morgan was doing pay back for the Isaaq sarkaals like dhegawayne, Tanzania, Mohamed kahin, lixle who did horrific genocides in mudug and nugaal destroying water wells and adding poisons and doing scorch earth warfare to kill unarmed nomads whose livlihood depended on it.
