Reason #2: Socially awkward/Unpleasant

They are outright unpleasant to anyone they do not view as superior to them meaning (cadaans or superiors in the work environment). They will be impolite if not outright rude to you if your a customer that is darker than them. If you work with them they'll simply won't cooperate as needed, will give you hard time, report your every move.

I was at superstore not too long ago and this middle age timojilic was blocking the cashier aisle so I said excuse me 2 times so I could put my groceries on the belt and he ignored me. Then I reached around him anyway and this man pushed me!!! Imagine a grown man pushing a young woman like who tf does that. I cussed him out and told him to go f*ck himself and he just walked away
