People have easily tested this btw by using Somali Seattle educational test scores and compared it to African American test scores. Mind you Black Americans in Washinghton/DC area have an average measured IQ of 94.

Many IQ scholars, including Lynn, have said that blacks in the northern states have an IQ advantage over those in the southern states and they have estimated their average IQs at around 90 and above.

In 2006, HBD blogger “Audacious Epigone” found a way of estimating the black IQs of different states using Lynn’s methods (on NAEP test scores) and he found Washington State on top with an estimated black children IQ of 94.5 (it was just a little lower when he repeated the calculations in 2013 with some slight changes). The data from the Seattle Experiment shows that refugee children speaking different African languages at home in the US perform surprisingly well on the state tests, just like their fellow refugees who went to the UK, where they also start out with a large language barrier. Just like in the UK, they perform below whites (at least before sufficient linguistic assimilation), but still way above what is expected from their estimated national or racial (genotypic) IQs. Their performance above American blacks (labeled as “English-speaking” blacks) defies the common sociologist explanation that higher achieving black immigrants are simply the most driven members of their source populations (some were just in refugee camps), and it equally defies the modern hereditarian argument that they are just the most self-selected in intelligence relative to their source populations, unless we now start extending this cognitive self-selectivity and “assortative mating” quality to people who run to United Nations refugee camps for protection. If anything all of what i summarized actually proves how intelligent and resourceful Somalis are.

But yeah this won't matter much to white supremacists and people who have a grudge against us. They will go through mental gymnastics and hoops to explain this away like they done in the past, i.e Hamitic hypothesis.

Basically a more convincing way of discrediting it then simply calling it racist or scientific racism or the faulty collection methodology.

What i find even more laughable is that when the Somali American school test scores was first made public, white supremacists embarked on a unusual mental gymnastics by claiming that we were "substantially non-Negroid"

Because they couldn't default to their usual explanations of ''Highly selected economic migrants'' the same way they did with other Nigerians and Ghanaian's.
Since most Ethiopian Americans were or are the descendants of highly selected economic emigrants, Seattle Ethiopian scores, even were they representative of those of the broader Ethiopian American population, could not provide dispositive evidence in support of his argument. Since Somali immigrants, mostly being nominal refugees, are much less selected, their scores could disconfirm a global Jensenist hypothesis (with respect to SubSaharan Africans and Europids) — maybe this should be called a Lynnian or Rushtonian hypothesis instead, since Jensen concerned himself mostly with U.S. differences — so long as we are willing to discount the fact and any implications drawn from this that Horn-of-African populations are substantially non-Negroid. Unfortunately, for his argument, though, the Somali performance in the U.S. — as yet — seems to be not inconsistent with a Jensenist position. More convincing data could be found. In the future it would be nice if any such was presented in a rigorous manner.

The bogus 68IQ or even the term "lowIQ" is mentioned more on this forum between Somalis than anywhere else on the internet, we have popularised it ourself.
