Imagine some random kingdom on some island in the corner of the known world would control north American continent and Oceania. The british diaspora is estimated 200 million.

They also controlled Africa and big parts of Asia. I read some people argue the UK was the only hyperpower due to it's enormous empire. UK created the industrial revolution that shaped our modern world. The British made the world wide web, which is the tool of billions of people interacting through the internet. Dozens upon dozens of inventions made by the UK. They also won both world wars. They got the 2nd biggest economy in Europe, strongest military in Europe and 5th strongest in the world.
Not to mention they got the largest empire in history covering more than 22% of the worlds land area, that's almost a quarter of the earths land area. The population in the empire was 23% of the world, 412 million people in 1913. The UK is indeed unmatched.

Instead of crying about gaalo we should take notes for our future, we take east coast Africa and secure our borders. Have somali Bantus rule their own essentially somali empire in some random part of madowweyn.
My main thing I would like to do in the future if I ever win a seat in somalia, or even just Djibouti, is to pour a shit ton of money into translating as many books as possible into the Somali language. It would instantly put our language up there spoken by acedemics to have easy access to sources. Not to mention nearly all intellectual golden ages started with the mass translation of foreign books which brought new ideas.
Somalis ought to know more about the world through the translation of potentially millions of books over the decades.
Yep also instead of crying about Jews we should take notes from their business ideas and money success. Not that we may appear jealous maybe like Kanye west may appear jealous about Jews. Good idea with the books, I heard that a language is only powerful if the people are powerful. Just look at how English become the International lingua franca, mainly due to the British empire and US rise in the 20-21st century.

We must put ourselves among the developed nations of the world. That's the only way you will be respected as a people. Do you see niggas insulting the Japanese or the indians? People respect Japan because of its might and wealth, people insult Indians because of their poverty. It's got nothing to do with looks or race, status and respect simply comes from power and wealth.
Somalis need to patten up and make ourselves powerful on the world stage if we want toy project our language and make it thrive. Perhaps that colonial plan of setting up somali bantu states across madow Africa could be a start. Spreading language is never peaceful lol.

I could guess and say that social mobility in the UK is lower compared to other developed nations so probably them. Scandinavian countries tend to be higher in social mobility than Australia, which is ahead of the US. Social mobility is also greater in Canada than the US. Despite this, I know far more wealthy Somali Americans than Canadians. The US is more business-friendly. I have some rich uncles over there that came with nothing.

Definitely UK Somalis. They are the only diaspora where a significant number of younger millenial/Gen Z Somalis have worse outcomes than their parents. There are outliers, but as a whole they are not doing as well as you would expect.
