That's because they're poor, unsuccessful, working/lower class blacks. Look at all of the black sportsmen in athletics, NFL, NBA, and in world football, you'll find the majority are with white women. The same thing also applies to black women.......the most prettiest black women are with white men. You'll never find an ugly black woman with a white man........its always the Kerry Washington looking ones that white men snap up.
