People don't choose to become maids for the heck of it; most of these women come from vulnerable circumstances, are desperate for income, and have no other means of survival (so they choose to provide services [clean/cook] in exchange for money). It's a job & they have rights as employees.
The onus is on the employers to keep it professional.
