HSM is a corrupt politician, we witnessed his term 2012-2017 so there's no denying this. The most blatant corruption was conspiring with US law firms to steal Somali assets destined for the Central Bank. Therefore Puntland can't trust the FGS with our resources.

That doesn't mean we don't have corrupt politicians ourselves but they have the foresight to take 10 cent rather than 90 cent as a mooryaan like HSM would do. The current agreement gives more resources to the FGS than it does to the state and that's unacceptable.

Each state will come to an agreement with the FGS. I personally encourage Galmudug to hop on this immediately while PL sabotages itself!

SFG has already turned a blind eye to Puntland. Puntland was never included in oil exploration since they objected from day one.

I doubt HSM will start a pl v gm conflict like 2015. the two FMS have had a mutal understanding for the past few years and I don't see HSM reigniting new tensions and beef. Farmaajo was right in terms of his foreign policies laakin he wanted to strangle the FMS within and hold power all to himself. did not want jl and pl to progress under local administration and put a puppet leader in the other fms

How is Galmudug oil anything to do with Puntland? You guys are getting greedy.

As reer Waamo, we will wait ti see what kind of deal the FGS brings to the table. If it doesn't comply with what we want, we will simply tell the FGS to F off and ban them from landing in Jubbaland (they can land in West Gedo all they want, that place doesn't concern us).
