Qabil is the reason for somali success, setbacks happen all the time, everywhere.
Good governance is only stopped by personal interest and religious extremism.

The civil war has long ended, what's currently going on is that there's a religious extremist group known as Al shabab that follow wahabism that want to take control of the country and turn it into a theocracy.

The majority of Somalis problems in Somalia are caused by themselves and they refuse to acknowledge it . The problems are easily fixable , its pretty black and white. I'm not looking down on Somalis either.
