No one is stalking him, he’s probably dead or in an Iraqi jail waiting to be sentenced to death. If he’s lucky, he would be in a Kurdish jail, but Holland isn’t coming for him to rescue him as a citizen and Farmaajo doesn’t want touch ISIS fighters. If the Turks invade Northern Iraq, Assad, the Iranians and the Russians are coming in too to grab these Isis fighters and if that succeeds, his fate is sealed.

No one will carry the burden of the sins of another

وَلَا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةٌ وِزْرَ أُخْرَىٰ ۚ وَإِن تَدْعُ مُثْقَلَةٌ إِلَىٰ حِمْلِهَا لَا يُحْمَلْ مِنْهُ شَيْءٌ وَلَوْ كَانَ ذَا قُرْبَىٰ

'And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another. And if a heavily laden soul calls [another] to [carry some of] its load, nothing of it will be carried, even if he should be a close relative'

Noah was a prophet for 950 years yet his son is rotting in hell now, and Ibrahim, the Friend of Allah, is the progeny of someone who's also rotting in hell. So no good deed or a an evil one will spill over the generations.

Yes, when the prophet SAW was asked about the fate of their forefathers, he said 'My father and your father are in hell'. Allah also forbade Muhammad SAW to ask forgiveness for his mother.

The only thing that could spill over is the punishment at community level. If they watch wrongdoings of 1 person and do not try to correct it, the entire community will be destroyed. That's what happened to Thamud, 'Aad, people of Lot and of course Bani Israel.
