having said that I have no idea if @kurobecky08 had a Soomali dad from a Soomaali clan. And she appears to be assimilated. If thats the case, she is just one of the first of many. Almost all SoomaliAmericans' descendants will be either AA or part of some ethnically ambiguous Muslim American ethnicity



The WestAfrican ancestors of AAs were probably more light skinned than a large minority or even a majority of Soomaali who live closer to equator. AA are probably more lightskined than Soomaal on average

This is not what i was arguing i was arguing that their is no i repeat no continous christian presence since the arab invasion of north africa, the last christian community who was recorded and attested was during the 14th century. So how could your berber ancestor be christians?

And donatist dont exist anymore their are no donatist communities or churches since the medieval times. Their is only a few theologians who are in favour of a donatist doctrine
