I got a loan of 40k for my new car first. I knew my options was to wait long time to save or take a loan, I saw how they calculated the interest their taking back the 40k plus margin the margin is profit for shareholders of their bank obviously. But the profit part is interesting it's set by the 'govt' advising how much interest to apply which is crucial part and not 'ribah' becausse if the govt didn't regulate it, then they wud do what they want like somali banks and thats why somali ppl live poor, have no access to loans, never can own an asset as the economy is basesd on 'capital gain' meaning investments from 'ribah nations' its a shit fests that place in terms of economic planning and I have yet to see a real economist discuss banking they all talk foreign investment kkkkkk.
A society that has no bank has no economy, how can u rely on another country to build u always, that comes with 'threats' also that u must obey or they pull out and ur ppl lose their work, thats why its safer to have ur own banks and keep your economy 80% internal and 20% external so they cant threaten u. Australia regrets changing to globalism, its unsafe with countries like china knowing your dependent to them and millions of ur ppl will lose work if their business men pull out

I think it was around 570, I stuck with flat rate as I like predictable but I shouldnt chosen variable. I got scared my payments will fluctuate with interest rises, I didnt know this at the time, the govt won't screw it's economy with rises and lows or else the whole market is effected and their tax revenues. So it's best to have dedicated economist supply pool in your academia, handling the 'economy' decision. It can literally cause riots, mayhem, and more worse investor money can lose value because you didnt plan your economy and show them how your economy works and the MODEL YOUR USING as the model is guranteed and proven, i dont wanna hear your words 'come and invest' when i got billion dollars, u need science then and real economist not talking points anymore its REAL MONEY DEE. While I was in my 11th year in high school I already knew I wanted to be a tradesmen. I had great cadaan teachers who pushed me to take up an apprentice whIle I was still in high school.
Had my red seal before I was 24 . Making 34hr at the time. Banks were offering me loans left and right.. keep in mind this was before the recession.
My first house was in Fort mcmurrary before I sold it. The company I worked for suncor, offered it's employees 10k downpayment on a house, to keep ppl from flying in and out, and settle in Fort mac.
Sold the house(moved to calgary) for 350kish the bank took the remain payments I owed.
The rest I bought an condo in calgary, but sold it after 2 years at a loss
3 years ago I found a steal 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathroom a rec room and a finished basement for 430k.
My mortgage on it is 2800.
Between my girl and I we take home close too 16k a month, taking vacation every other year...

That's what needs planning a-lot is the 'trades'. It needs to be appealing locally and financially. To create an economy and oversupply it with just academics is crazy. We need economist who define how many academia we need, trades we need, etc. The salaries need to be monitored carefully to ensure their both lucraative or else you will find foreigners flooding in doing it and then conflicts and so forth. Keep foreigners at a bay, everything a Somali shud do is the policy, even MAID work. Do not pay others to help another nation that is feeding its army taxes to come for u one day. In Australia when they realized the whole population are not 'einsteins' and 'academics' because of their strict university guidelines entrances and not everyong being suitable, it left a 'vulnerable' population the 'average and below average' and it's these that u need to really focus on as they are usually the bulk of the masses and if their economic future is not discussed, u will find the 'base' of your nation is gone. U become similar to Kenya or any Third world country, cause a few elites and top business men at that top can only provide so much 'tax' to the govt, u cant tax them 100 times ma garatay? so that govt then can't deliver services, infrastructures, military and is reliant on IMF or Some national assistant like Somalia.

Then dont make it easy for them like Australia, they know how much academics they need, they have entry level ATAR scores for high school students. 1. it's a deterrent to the below average and average to go to university as they know their score is to low. 2. It encourages him to go to trades. It works great and there is no discrimination here because their both as wealthy as each other.
