Isn't HY doing the same though? On the hand you're rebelling but a big militia of the so-called enemy gets a safe passage through your lands and they are sitting infront if you unguarded. Doesn't make sense.

Those are civilian areas. It is not like the Caare army is stationed there. Lets see what moves
he makes next even though it is likely the Warsans will complain if he attacks Sland in eastern
Sanaag so he should just go for Ceel Afweyn & Ceerigaabo.
