I love two types of tea. Shaah cadeys and shah rinji.

First I will start with the rinji.

Ginger powder
Black pepper
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Any kind of tea bag

Boil it together, put it in your cup, squeeze a lemon and add 2 teaspoons of organic cane sugar. Enjoy it, I drink it more than the other.


Shah cadeys,

Ginger powder
Cinnamon
Cloves
Cardamom

Put it in your cup, add oatmilk or any milk you would like and enjoy.

i love the typical somali tea with milk, cinnamon, cardamom, and sugar

i usually drink green tea too and let it steep with a cinnamon stick and afterwards, i add some honey

I use cubes because it's easy to exactly measure just how sweet you want the tea to be, 3 cubes are just sweet enough without it becoming sugar juice

No way in those resaurants you can choose honey or sugar. Btw not saying the honey is better it's still basically glucose. but I use real honey at home from local beekeeper not processed
