TAXES IN EUROPE ARE TOO HIGH

Just got a job offer, gross pay 2.5K EUR per month, net pay per month 2064 EUR (after social contributions).

But wait there's more, income taxes : 2059 EUR.

Rent is 900, car insurance is 90, Utilities (Internet, Gas, Water, Electricity) are 300, Petrol is 200, Phone Bill 20.

I get to save In total for a whole year only 4589 EUR when bills & taxes are paid.

I have 2 bachelor's degree one in math, the other in CS and I'm currently finishing my software engineering master's.

Europe taxes the sh*t out of people and salaries are way too low, it's not worth living here.

Comparatively someone with the same degrees as me in Texas would get paid 70K USD (59319 EUR) won't have any income taxes and will be pay much less for its bills.

Europe is gaadjo.

american tax you pay for them to build border walls and fund worlds largest army to keep bombing civilians. euro taxes go towards healthcare so u dont pay for anything health related, most euro unis are free whereas college in states is around 40-70k p/a. towards pblic goods like public transport which is why euro trains are best in te world, but usa doesnt even have high speed rail yet. you cant compare taxes in one country where you recieve no benefit in paying, to a group of countries that higher tax = most your costs irl tended to

etc. etc.

Not in Eastern Europe they are not. Bulgaria for example has the lowest income tax in the EU. 10%.
