Recognizing Kashmir as Indian legitimizes an occupation no less grotesque as the Palestinian plight. It says that you agrrr with the Hindus, and disagree with the Muslims, on Indian control of Kashmir. This is no less kufr than normalizing with “Israel”.
What's ur evidence of this being kufr? And having relations with non-Muslim countries isn't kufr idk where u got this
My evidence is that it is agreed by the scholars that siding with kuffar against non-Muslims is kufr. These aren’t merely relations, this is legitimizing occupation of Muslims lands.

Taliban aren’t even Islamists, they’re just Pashtunwali tribal men doing tribal stuff. Half the shenanigans they’re up to has about as much to do with Islam as Donald Trump’s. They also cut a deal with China a few years back. Unfortunately our le based jihadis aren’t quite as based as we thought.
Technically there is no bayah currently, but still would look bad as they see Afghanistan is a role model.

The Muj were the warlords the taliban were founded to fight up
Now the Taliban are just like them. Under Mullah Omar they were good, but now they have become nationalist jahmis.

They had mistakes aqeedah wise, but they became overwhelmingly nationalist. They wouldn't recognize Kashmir as Indian twenty years ago.

Everybody knows that fighters in trenches say "worldwide Jihad!" but the second they gain power they forget it.
An example would be HTS in Syria- before their victory they were screaming global Jihad but when they entered Damascus they declared final victory and stopped at there.
Taliban had power in the 90s, and did not do these things.
As for the HTS issue, they were never a global org, even when affiliated with AQ, they said we only want to fight Assad. There is also the fact(as stated by Turkish officials) that Jolani worked with the west to eliminate Nusra/HTS commanders who opposed "moderation".
