Syria has just had some of the sanctions lifted and the president met with Trump. Israel may even invade or try to kill the president of Syria if the tribal forces slaughter the Druze. Many things are at play. These guys are also former rebels learning on the job dealing with seasoned kalabs like Israel propping up their proxies.
