Isaaq are not part that urur. Nor are Isaaq part of the Jabarti isbahaysiga/confederation another urur. But what I like about Urur Samaale is it is each clan for himself. No Haawiye goes lets get Isaaq over contraversy involving Samaroon, Ciisse, Surre, etc.
