huuno u r also confusing Sin & Shariah law. Its not the same.
Sin is a private action. Shariah Law is practices legally implemented by a govt.
The two should not be confused.
You can live in a Secular Law and practice Shariah Law in private. Which is the proper way for Muslims.
But knowing Muslims, they are not happy with that. They want to open their chest and walk town showing their nipples and harrassing non muslims
We need to be Muslims by example.
Sharia is the entire religion which includes the law..

The source is quran and sunnah and if a shaykh refers to quran and sunnah to make a point he is correct

But i trust Secular law because it has showed me it works. The gaalos have proven to me that Secular law works.

The whole point of this discussion was for me to tell you as a muslim, secularism is anti sharia it makes haram halal and vice versa plus whats its framework of governance that it is built upon it is nafs ??

Theres a strict vetting process to appoint a amir in a sharia state anyway, he must be sound mind, he must have knowledge of diin etc whereas secularism anyone can rule, any incompetent loser and he can make rules which are contrary to human nature and can effect society

Maybe i didn't explain properly why i support Secularism.
At the core of Secular Law is the tolerance aspect. The idea that Man is free. Particularly the United States of America Secularism which is the freedom of speech, Freedom to practice religion, and tolerance for society agreed upon norms. The point of Secularism is progress of human thru times. At its core there is a notion of Man being an animal, therefore man needs to be improved & progressed.
As opposed to Shariah Law which pretty much says Man is not Free. Man in governed by Gods law. Now, you can step out of ISLAM and become Kufaar, then you will be free again. Not governed by Gods law.

The Secular Law is already set to be followed. SO yes, any "loser" has a right to be a governor too. Because every loser has a right to exist too. lol Because he will be enforcing a law that is already set and works.
The Congress people are the people who set Secular Law, and usually they represent their constituents.
So, these gaalos have a centuries of practice to improve Secular Law where as Shariah law has not been implemented in Humanity except say Saudia Arabia.
And u have seen what happens there? Somalis & Brown foreign workers are being executed left & right, while the Saudi born are not.
The Reason Secular Law works is because there plenty of precedents. Shariah Law has no precedents. Legal precedents according to Quran practice is very rare, Saudi and other few countries practice it, but not its entirety. Therefore, going to my point again, Good luck on your Utopian Shariah law land. lol Human need to have legal precedents Shariah or Secular to be controlled!
Again, let me emphasize-- at the core of Secularism is tolerance for ALL. (which ironically is Islam law but Muslims dont practice this tolerance, Judging is their favorite past time lol)

Saudi arabia is a monarch which again like mentioned implements aspects of sharia and leaves the rest which basically = no sharia so there actions, saudis actions are not in accordance to quran and sunnah infact majority of their actions aren't
idk what you mean by not implemented in humanity, ottoman khilafahs, rashidun khilfas, many sultanates across muslim history implemented it successfully.

If the right people are in charge and are truly following islamic law would you then support it? Obviously this is what Muslims call for when they say they'd want Sharia, not something being called Sharia in name but in actuality has things against islam and is run by corrupt filthy people, much like a lot of the arab nations that claim their land is under sharia
