Surah An- Nisa

[Basra]

I just finished listening to Surah An- Nisa

Walaaahi its powerful stuff. Very long, if you have time, listen or more precisely read the English Translation


What I have learned from this Surah is-- when they say Islam mean Submission. Truly it means Submitting to Allaah & his prophets. ( as in plural, ALL prophets)


More importantly Submission of YOURSELF & SOUL.


Meaning-- our own Naafsi---lies to us. Tells us that we are intelligent. We are smart. We think for ourselves!



NO! That is wrong. Do not believe your Naafsi when it comes to ALlaah swt. And his Messengers


Basically what I am saying is, Allaah swt and his messengers should be the final word. Dismiss your head or brain. Submit. Period.
