I don't know about you but i find it very relaxing to listen to natural sounds before i sleep. It has helped me to sleep instantly many times, so for those of you who suffer from sleep loss i advise you to try listening to this before you sleep. I have gotten so used to it i can't sleep anymore more without listening to white noise sounds, it's almost soothing to lie down and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature.
