I don't know about you but i find it very relaxing to listen to natural sounds before i sleep. It has helped me to sleep instantly many times, so for those of you who suffer from sleep loss i advise you to try listening to this before you sleep. I have gotten so used to it i can't sleep anymore more without listening to white noise sounds, it's almost soothing to lie down and listen to the beautiful sounds of nature.

Anyone else tried this to helpt them sleep better? let me know if it helps you like it helped me

Oh yeah, i listen to ambience audio.

just an hour ago i felt so anxious and worried and i played surah al baqarah and I'm jolly again. Also ask god for forgiveness. Sometimes you sin sin sin and expect life to be normal but no it doesn't work like that.

Sounds Works well I listen to ayt ul kursi every night before I go sleep
I need to stop listening to music. I find when I listen to music, I struggle with listening to qur'an/islamic stuff even though it is very soothing and relaxing and basically good for me. There was a time when I used to listen to qur'an on a daily basis. Used to even start my day with it.

I always listened to quran to keep demons away from my life ever since I was attacked by jinns in 2013 I been alert

Don't follow the news. This will reduce your stress levels a lot, but you will be out of the loop.
 
Sometimes I play thunderstorms, beach noises and Forrest sounds
It's been helping me get to sleep much better. I swear it's like having an on demand hypnotist send you to sleep. Better than taking sleeping pills which can f*ck you up for good.

I'd rather chill with this and fan sounds than get sleeping pills.
