Walahi puntland is more equipped than xamar. We have a uae/us trained marines that are responsible for ending piracy. We have new helicopters and mini naval ships and dozens of military speed boats. This wiki page was last updated in 2015 we have upgraded more than that.

PL does have some elite marines these marines received training from the CIA and danab is training is based upon the marines of PL. However Xamar is way ahead now with elite soldiers. It happend because PL used to be the only "democratic" region of somalia.
