Banaadir admin immediately started work on draining the dirty water after he was released. You could tell by how openly he spoke that he wasnt worried about no arrest. This all happened within a couple hours lol

The bajaajleeys in xamar are mostly young men who are newly weds that are driving 24/7 to support their familly, I dont think you understand the scarcity of employment and the hardships the good folks of mogadishu been going through the last 4+ years nor you care about the city image.

Somalia did not have a small shared government it had a theocracy taking up most of it and an aspiring dictatorship trying to take the rest from the states.

Even if you were willing to give the authority to another rival clansmen trying to wrestle everyone to do the same is the holy grail every warlord butchered for for 30 years. Power sharing and cooperation is what merges fractured societies not force.
