This is not a rx style, this lowkey a sufi style of reading(not saying only sufis recite like this). The non-sufis in baydhabo and baidoa don’t recite like this as much.

Yh this reminds me of how my dad recites during Ramadan. It's a southern Somalia style of reciting.
