He wasn’t under the influence or texting there’s dashcam footage of the accident…

I’m talking about the van they ran into a truck at full speed. Truck driver made mistake but so did they by not paying attention. You have to be defensive driver and protect yourself best you can there are careless and reckless drivers everywhere

Plus even if the van driver HAD room to swerve right that quick, the force of that swerve+ the high speed of the van would’ve probably caused the van to tip over or hit another car/a tree at best…

Roads can be shutdown by accidents spills traffic. Happens all the time in USA this 45 years they chasing is witch hunt and excessive

The van driver had only a couple seconds to react judging by the video, 3 seconds into the u-turn the van driver slammed into the truck. Truck took up the whole road there’s literaly nothing the van driver could have done except stay at home that day

This giant 16 wheeler not sports car when they turn its slow process. Truck driver is 100% at fault but van driver was not paying attention

The victims were Haitians. I wouldn't put it past the Punjabi Sikhs for committing a hate crime against Black people and that he may have known Black people were near him . They are very, very racist to Black people and this petition that the 3 million of them signed was probably done knowing they can get away harming Black people they regard as dirt. I urge everyone hear to speak up for the Black victims because you can be next with their racism and it may end up deadly. Americans are going to learn the hard way if they want to be deaf and blind with the Punjabi Sikh situation. He needs to face the death penalty.
