Puntland is where we probably all came from land of punt

I'm MJ and I know that's wrong. Geographically, it'd be in present day Somaliland and Eritrea. A major feature of the Land of Punt is that it's situated south of the Red Sea. Puntland's coast is connected to the Indian Ocean.

The reason this is most likely the case, is because the Land of Punt and its resources are found there, and it's situated in a closer position to AE, and it's along the coast, which links it's connection to the Pharoanic Exhibition the AEs made in the Land of Punt.

Pretty sure Puntland chose the name in a symbolic sense.
