When I look at Somali food I always think to myself why the hell does our food lack any beneficial nutrients and healthy shit?. GUYS WAKE THE f*ck UP!! If we don't stop eating shit and qashin like xalwa,malawax,buur, and those nasty rock hard biscuits then we're finished. Look at average Kenyan diet they all consume a fair balance of protein, fibre and fat and they're all built like units. The main reason us Somalis guys in particular are mostly in bad shape is not because of genetics because that's a weak excuse it's our poor fucking diet and the crappy carbs we consume everyday.
