Lol I agree with @Hemaal that lady is attention seeking, her histrionic behavior was bizarre. Narcissism is rampant with somali people.

That being said somalis are currupt and I bet a good percentage of money is being stolen but large sums in the million definitely not. There are plenty of decent somali charities as well.
