Somalis and self hate

I actually love being Somali and African, trust me I am the complete opposite of a self hater.

Apparently, black culture does exist, and it is synonymous with African Americans first and Afro-Caribbeans second. African migrants are primarily from West and Central Africa. However, they share obvious genetic affinities with the groups mentioned above, while Horn of African groups do not. The difference is they have intact cultures. Where do you as a Somali fit in when it comes to blackness? You are excluded from the table.


Side note, why do Somali SJW chicks feel the need to chime in when a self-hating and dysfunctional AA male engages in perfunctory karbash of his women, even though the conversation isn't about them. However, they seem to borrow this battle of the sexes (issue) and take digs at miskeen Abdis (which are just into playing video games and watching anime). Somalis are Africans we aren't "black" ,as this is a concept created by westerners to identify a large number of people and classify them between whites and black. We can choose to be black or whatever. White and black dynamic is only relevant in the west. People refer to each other by their tribe/ethnicity in Africa. Im planning to get some neo-african part hotep tattoos soon.

Its not like I run around screaming “IM BLACK IM BLACK” By my skin color people know I am that, I don’t see the reason to answer the question saying that “I’m Black”, That’s my race. My ethnicity is Somali, I identify with Somali culture and its language. Therefore if someone asks what I am, I say that I am Somali.
If someone asks my race, I am Black
If someone asks my religion, I am Muslim
You don’t have to restrict it to Somali only. But if you don’t want to identify as black thats on you, I won’t force it on you

Just because you don't consider urself black does not mean u have to consider urself white.
It isn't either or thing. You are african Somali, and the black people you see are also African something else. Nigerians say they are Nigerians when asked. They don't say they are back. It's only somalis who seem to always want to abandon their identity for some weird reason. If AAs knew where they came from, they would also claim that but they don't know, hence why their masters called them black for simplicity.

Instead of trying to force the rest of us being part of a group that we aren't, maybe you should spend that time trying to foster friendship and good relationship between Somalis who are obviously related. Can you do that?
