Baabuur is neither Hindi nor Arabic, but Somali. Car in Arabic is Sayaarah and in hindi it's Gadhii.

Baabur is motor in turkish and a lot of arabic dialects it means boat in North african countries like algeria and tunisia like a motor boat its a old turkish word.
