Yes my cousin is in abaarso. Abaarso is by far the best thing that has ever happened to somaliland the last 30 years.Anyone can make it, just pass the entrance exam. The US State Department recognizes documentation from Somaliland. That's what the students use for their immigration Visa applications. The USA says that Somaliland keeps better records than Somalia and Grants special status to Somalilanders

Somaliland is a success story and its recognition would open up the world to it with loans and investment. It would run laps around most African and Middle east countries if given the same playing field. The only people against Somaliland are against it because of tribalism or money they get from Somalia. Abdirazaq Terra was hired by Somalia to report anti Somaliland Propaganda. Now that he did his work he got a lowly advisor position in Somalia. Coldoon was most likely a Somalia agent and would've probably gotten a position had he not been thrown in jail

They said there was something fishy about the school, they called it, "school bila diin ah" because the school allowed free-mixing between boys and girls and various ridiculous reasons. Going to the school would have opened a plethora of opportunities to go to the top US unis with minimal effort if they had allowed me.

Somaliland has got some top-notch schools for diaspora wanting to raise their children back home. Abarsso Tech, Elm and SOS the top three.
