it's also a geographical term, Bari region is northeast thats the only region of puntland that can be considered north the rest is central and east

Not really if you follow on a straight line it is just under djibouti city and barely over awdal region of somaliland, it is more on the level on Zeila city than to be over whole of Djibouti
