See, you're going down the rabbit hole. Leader of Al Shabaab is not Isaaq, so what is the next logical move? Go down the hierarchy looking for Isaaq commander and single him out as the culprit behind the entire organization.
You have yet to give a straight answer yet. Tribal connection to criminal individuals is not a conviction for a perceived crime.

That's not how it works. Since you accuse the whole of Isaaq of sponsoring Al Shabaab it is only fair we apply the same standards to Darood. You Mentioned Godane, Afghani and Mumin who belong to different sub-clans within Isaaq.
I'm sure we can find a pattern as well.

Isaaq use Shabaab to bomb Puntland.
MJs don't use Shabaab to bomb Somaliland.

The pattern is this, 2 out of 3 of Shabaab's Emir's were Isaaq. 1 out of 2 of Shabaab NE's Emir's were Isaaq.
More than half of the Emirs in Shabaab's history were Isaaq.
