I mean that's one way of looking at it. The other way of looking at as a failure for the Sino-Faqash alliance who tried to lay a trap for Somaliland.

Sure, but you see how Kenya won’t sign off on any of this or meet Cirro like an actual president. They are clearly trying to use SL as a tool against Somalia while also not giving SL what it truly desires and needs. It’s been doing this forever so both SL and Somalia are failures.

I don't see how they can use SL as a tool against Somalia. You mean gain benefits out of Somalia that wants to extend it's sovereingty over Somaliland? That sounds like a cost/benefit for Mogadishu.
