But why should it concern you?why does it matter if its 30 years or 100? 30 years somalia is still a unstable country FGS doesn’t control anything outside mogadishu,why not care about somalia or puntland?

MB is like the HA version of Ali tuur. The last time I checked Ali tuur AUN didn't give it up without a fight with regards to his supporters back in the 90s in the streets of Hargeisa.

MB is nothing like Ali Tuur,MB was elected to lead a country Ali Tuur just assumed the presidency cause he was the chairman of SNM at the time,Ali Tuur betrayed the SNM by going to the south even though the south betrayed us by excluding us in their gov,Silanyo and Egal were both being carefully watched by SNM members they didn’t trust Egal especially cause he was high ranking member of the somali gov,Ali Tuur screwed himself
MB is not a dictator he is an ex millitary strong man,if he treatens somaliland unity in the next election he will be quietly removed
Like i said somaliland has always been democratic since the SNM days they never allowed one leader to have all the power

I noticed with SL, they do too much self comparing then more production. They sit there concerned about what other regions are doing too much. All their leaders, civilians, have u noticed this? always talking about Somalia? but wallahi u will hardly hear any majerten speak about them unless you BRING IT UP. Isaaq need to change this, it shows somalis your like african americans always talking about white people.
Why are you guys debating Somaliland's ictiraaf. Shit is just not happening, the only reason why the International community accepted the status quo is because of the civil war.
No more civil war means no more breakaway region. Get your emotions out of the issue and look at it from above.
I trully feel bad for the young bright SL diaspora that want to develop their region, however the sl leadership has no real intention to do that. They rather keep paying sool and sanaag to stay in SL than develop their bussines cities.
Let's be truthful right now, every real development is brought in by the diaspora.
