What right? Just because a maniac who's long gone killed his own people and whose later acts have negatively affected all somalis doesn’t give them any right to independence. If somalis will ever unite, they need to trust each other and democratically elect a president without qabil ever being mentioned.

Elections ensure that everyone has their say and that nobody has been dealt with unjustly. ‘Somaliland’ has no right to be independent. They fund al shabab which explains why they never suffer attacks.
