Ciise are the poorest of the poorest among Somali people as they are still living as nomads with little diaspora community who can't send enough money back home to built a clinic or a school and the millionaires in Djibouti (excluding IOG) are either isaaq samaroon or an Arab Yemeni

Paulitschke always states that the Gadabursi owned Zeila. Forget trade. Even the cultural enrichment and tradition. The first love song ever written by a Somali was a Gadabursi from Zeila. It became the most famous song amongst the Arabs, Indians, Sudanese and everyone else. What did the Ciise contribute?
Political Resident at Zeila, J. S. King, recorded a famous Somali folk song native to Zeila and titled: "To my Beloved", which was written by a Gadabuursi man to a girl of the same tribe. The song became hugely popular throughout Zeila despite it being incomprehensible to the other Somalis.
Philipp Paulitschke (1893) mentions about the song:
"To my Beloved: Ancient song of the Zeilans (Ahl Zeila), a mixture of Arabs, Somâli, Abyssinians and Negroes, which Major J. S. King dictated to a hundred-year-old man in 1886. The song was incomprehensible to the Somâl. It is undoubtedly written by a Gadaburssi and addressed to a girl of the same tribe."

The governments that matter (British & French) both stated that Gadabursi were landlocked tribe you keep responding but it means nothing.
The Roble afeed source that you used was from an essay that claimed he escorted Richard burton from saylac to harar. That is false Richard burton was escorted by mamasan.
I already proved my point with first hand sources and eye witnesses accounts (pictures).

Roble Afded didn't escort anyone. Nor was that a claim ever made. When the Europeans came he was the main businessman and trader in Saylac. He was a household name.

The Mamasan are one of the smallest Ciise subclans, they only have a lot of clout because they're in power in Djibouti. They live in seasonal tents. Half the year they're grazing and the rest of the 6 months they come back.
The Ciise generally speaking have a very strict seasonal nomadic trail. They come from Ethiopia, pass the guban, and then go back and forth and then go to Shinile. Less than 5% of Ciise live in permanent settlements where they live.
The only protests that happened were in Asha Addo, Habas and Ceel gaal.

Garbodadar is an Abrayn town. There has never been an Ciise mayor in both Garbodadar and Lughaya.
Lughaya and Garbodadar have only ever had Gadabursi mayors ever sicne they became a district. However Saylac and Xariirad both previously had Gadabursi mayors. In 2012 the Xariirad mayor was Gadabursi and was given to the Ciise as a consolation when they lost the local elections.
A couple of women oo luuqad adag kula hadlay is like me in Ceerigabo lol. Is that some sort of statement?
Also, you can't compare the numbers. Both 2005 and 2021, the Ciise couldn't even win a single parliamentary seat and was given a token seat. In 2021, the Habar Muuse subclan of the Mahad Case got 14k votes, more than the combined Ciise vote in all of Awdal which was 11.5k. The whole Gadabursi vote count was over 75k. Just accept that there is no comparison. Instead of trying to compete with a permanently settled clan go and fight for the land you lost to the Afars and Oromos.
